Do you ride or ski?

Just spent the weekend at the Canyon's Resort in Park City. James' best friend Asa was in town which meant that snowboarding was definitely on the agenda. Every time I am on the mountain I always wonder why I don't do this more. Than I make a promise that I am going to go snowboarding more and than life happens.... Hopefully I can get out a few more times this season.

James also got me a pair of skis and I can now add that to my to do list of things to learn. I have always wanted to learn how to ski -- since I only now how to ride. How about you? Do you ride or ski? Or both?

My Favorite Things

I thought it would be fun to post about my favorite things :) Products that I am currently using and loving.

This is my favorite Mascara, just $3! It makes my eyelashes look so long and curls them as well. I am actually loving all of the ELF products because they are so cheap and I can afford to buy myself all of the basics that I have always wanted and not feel guilty about spending tons of money on make-up. 

I use this shampoo once a week. It is so great at cleansing all of the buildup in my hair from all of the different hair products I use. I have fine hair, so my hair tends to get greasy easily if I don't shampoo my hair almost everyday, but when I use this shampoo once a week I have been able to wash my hair every other day. It has been a miracle worker :)

This is my favorite face wash right now. I love how light and sensitive it is on your skin. It seriously has no sent to it. I feel like I am washing my face with water! It leaves you skin feeling clean and soft and moisturized!

I am always trying new products to see if I like something else better, but these three are here to stay.

Hot and Cold?

I have this picture sitting on my work desk, and whenever the kids at my work go into my office their first reaction is, "You know Katy Perry!!?" They get so excited and then I have to explain to them that the picture is of me and my husband. Now seriously, every kid thinks that the picture is of Katy Perry and not of me. Haha, it is probably because of her Hot and Cold music video:

Living to 100

I love taking different kinds of quizzes and I found a great life calculator quiz online that calculates your life expectancy based upon your habits and medical and family history! According to my lifestyle right now I will live to 91!

This quiz is pretty neat because it will also tell you what you are doing right and what you can still do to improve your life expectancy and how long you will be healthy! Check it out!

I found a fun quiz online based on Gary Chapman's book, The Five Love Languages. This book is awesome and really helps you understand more how people express love. I think it is so important to not only understand your own love language, but also your husbands. So I made James take the quiz too, haha. So here are our results ;)

Okay, so my favorite game is matching up people I know with celebrities... I do it all the time and I don't really realize that I am doing it. It usually happens when I am watching a movie and an actor reminds me of someone I know, and I can't stop thinking about it. The Ultimate Date List

So lately I have been making lists for everything... I always think of things or come up with ideas and forget about them... So this list thing all started when I wanted to write down all of my favorite movies that I absolutely love. I didn't realize how many movies there were that I love and a lot of them are movies that have come out in the past year! But anyway, I have been having a lot of fun with it and one of the lists I have made is the Ultimate Date List!

Whenever James and I want to go do something fun or have friends who want to do something with us I feel like we can never think of what to do! Especially since my favorite thing to do is watch a movie, it can be really easy to just do dinner and a movie. I thought that it would be really neat to have a list of date ideas and then all you would have to do is look at the list and choose something fun to do. Or the list could possibly spark a fun idea!

So I wrote down everything that I could possibly think of that you could do on a date or any activity that you could do here in Utah. I think that I have come up with a pretty good list!
