Celebrity Look-alike

Okay, so my favorite game is matching up people I know with celebrities... I do it all the time and I don't really realize that I am doing it. It usually happens when I am watching a movie and an actor reminds me of someone I know, and I can't stop thinking about it. So, you might not think that they "look alike" but there is something about their demeanor that is familiar to me. Here are a few match ups that I am proud of... Let me know what you think!

Okay, so I think James looks like Paul Rudd.

I was watching Mamma Mia and Amanda Seyfried reminds me so much of my sister's best friend Lisa!

I think my friend Mike looks like Bradley Cooper:

I think my best friend Molly reminds me of Scarlett Johansson:

I think that my friend Andrea looks like Amy Smart:

Craig and Josephine's Wedding

Over Christmas Break James's brother Craig got married! It was such a beautiful and fun wedding. It was so much fun having our family all together. Craig and Josephine got married at the Ritz Carlton on Maui! Here are some fun pictures of the wedding!

Thank You for Nice People

So I had a crazy interesting experience happen to me this past week... For my work I travel a lot and this past Thursday I had an assembly in Delta, Utah, which is about 2 hours south of Provo. Well everything went great and I was on my way home when one of my tires blew out! I was pretty much in the middle of nowhere when it happened, 25 miles south of Nephi...

So I pulled over to the side of the road and called James and then had to throw everything out of my trunk to get to my spare tire. Well while I was doing all of this I thought for sure I was going to get hit by a car and die! It is so scary being out of your car alongside a 80 miles per hour highway...

Well, after I pulled everything out of my car I learned that I didn't have anything to take my tire off. James didn't want to pay for a tow so he decided that he would drive down to get me and also told me to put my hazards on and put my hood up so that someone would be more likely to pull over to help me.

About 20 minutes after I talked with James, one of those "Oversize Load" vans (the ones with the flashing lights that drive behind semi trucks) pulled over right next to me. The man in the truck asked me if I knew what was wrong with my car and I explained that I just needed to change my tire. He told my that he had the tools and was so nice and changed my tire! I tried to pay him too but he wouldn't take any of my money. Once he was done, he told me to drive ahead of him. I thought it was sort of weird that he wanted me to go first since I was now driving on a doughnut tire and could only drive 50 miles per hour... well once I got back on the highway and started driving home, he turned on his lights and drove behind me!

I called James and told him if he could see me right now he would die! Haha, here I am driving 50 miles per hour on the highway and I have a oversize load van driving behind me! It was pretty humorous! But I was so thankful for this man. He not only changed my tire but made sure that I was safe the rest of my way home. I am so grateful for those who go out of their way to help someone who is in need.
