Pirate Birthday

James turned 29 today and we celebrated his birthday on Friday at Pirate Island Pizza. It was so fun. We sort of went all out and had the whole thing pirate themed. Balloons, cake, party favors, the whole shabang. Thank you for all the great friends who came. It was so much fun.

Hot and Cold?

I have this picture sitting on my work desk, and whenever the kids at my work go into my office their first reaction is, "You know Katy Perry!!?" They get so excited and then I have to explain to them that the picture is of me and my husband. Now seriously, every kid thinks that the picture is of Katy Perry and not of me. Haha, it is probably because of her Hot and Cold music video:

Driving to Lagoon

While my family was up in Utah, we spent a whole day at Lagoon. The car ride up, I was camera happy and took a lot of pictures and video with my phone. I love my family, they are so cute. I miss them already and they only just left...

*Boating With the Fam

My family was able to visit this weekend, and James and I were we were able take them out on our boat. It was so much fun!

I love McCall's hair. It was going crazy!

It was so funny watching Tanner and Sam on the tube, we thought for sure they would fall off and because they never did it was hysterical watching. Sam was such a die-hard, he did not let go the entire time :]

5K Run For Youth - B&GC

I just realized that I never posted about the 5K Run For Youth I helped organized in June for the Boys and Girls Club! It was such a success, lots of work, and tons of fun. Here are a few pictures of the day of the event:

New Boat Owners!!

James and I have been talking about getting a boat for the longest time... Lately he has been browsing KSL and researching boats. I thought that was pretty cool, but I did not really think anything of it. Last week James was running errands, and was not really having the best day... He had been gone for a while and I had gotten off work and was just waiting for him to come home. He called me and told me he was 5 minutes away and was starving. When he got home he came up to the door to get me for dinner, I thought that it was sort of weird because usually he will just call me to run out to the car, but again I did not really think anything of it. As we were walking out to the car I was busy telling James a story and was not paying attention. James started laughing and when I looked up I realized why! He had bought a wakeboard boat and I was standing right in front of it!!!!
